Spring Time

Hi there!  I got all my housework done early today and the 2 little dudes are napping so I thought I'd update the blog.  March was a CRAZY month!  Daddy was gone for a whole month to training and we did a lot to keep busy, but mostly we stayed sick.  First we all got the stomach bug and then the boys got bad colds again which they passed on to me and with my immune system down I ended up in the hospital with pneumonia--not fun!
We kicked off April with daddy's arrival and a 7 day leave in which we were able to go to the HUGE 6 flags indoor waterpark with the boys.  We all had a blast and cannot wait to go back.  They have GREAT military rates so we will definitly be going back in the near future.
Dante' is doing great.  He's always happy and FULL of energy and he's a big helper.
Royce is Royce.  He definitly has hit the terrible 3's.  My sweet little cuddley boy has turned into my sassy boy.  He still likes to cuddle mama, but he's definitly got a little attitude.  His favorite person is his baby brother and they are so cute to watch!
Giovanni is such a big happy baby.  I am so happy to call him mine!  He never cries not even when he's hungry.  He will get whiney when he's tired, but give him his blankey and paci and put him in bed and he's happy.  He still takes 2 3 hr naps everyday and sleeps from between 8-9 until about 9 or 9:30 so we couldn't have asked for a better sleeper.  He loves to play with his brothers and he's crawling all over the place and crusing around the furniture so we've definitly spent the last couple weeks baby proofing since he's into anything and everything!  I am loving watching my boys grow up, but I wish things would slow down a little bit because I miss my little newborn.

It's Been Awhile...a LONG while :)

Hey all sorry I've been mia, but life is busy and lately SUPER busy with sick kids!  We are on meds for ear infections now so I am hoping this is the end!
Royce started off by having a seizure from a 106 temp so we rushed him to the er and found out he had Pneumonia (his 10th time)  He's been tested for cystic fibrosis which thank god he doesn't have and we had his immunoglobins checked and all the levels were normal which is great since he's been on prednisone so much!  They ended up giving him steroid injections and antibiotic shots too, because when he's sick his asthma is horrible!!!  Dante' and the baby ended up with RSV and croup and then pink eye hit the house and now they are on meds for ear infections.  Thankfully this all happened when my hubby was home otherwise I might have got crazy!!
We finally got an appointment with a developmental pediatrician for Dante' and had him re evaluated for his adhd to see how he's doing and if he's making progress without meds...he's not!  The poor kid was writing and reading at an 8 year old level and his iq was amazing, but the adhd has put a damper on things and without help he isn't doing well.  We have him on a gluten free diet and have added magnesium and calm vitamins to see if these will help and we go back in April to find out if we will have to put him on the meds.  He's doing great otherwise.  He's so happy and helpful and loves his brothers and his best friend Jason at school!
Royce is doing great besides being sick all the time.  He loves school and his brothers and he is def. a mommas boy.  He is always by my side and always wants me to play.  He's super smart and says the funniest stuff--he also likes to embarrass us in public lol (kids come up with the funniest stuff)  He has started allergy shots and we go back in July to see if he has to have his heart fixed or if the hole has made progress we will wait, but I would just like it fixed because it's the reason why he keeps getting pneumonia...grr I just have to remind myself things could always be worse and I am so thankful to be alive and have 3 beautiful boys and an amazing husband!
Giovanni is just the sweetest most relaxed easy going child I have ever met.  He's always got a big smile on his face and is just happy to be alive!  He's crawling and standing and non stop babbling.  He loves his daddy and his brothers so much!  He's a BIG boy!!
Here are some pics we had taken by Kristen Charles Photography (a photographer in the fort drum area)

And the two below are from 516 Photography another local photographer.  We have family pics with her scheduled in April so stay tuned!!

2012

Hello 2012!  Omg once again it takes me a year to post...sorry about that!  We have been so BUSY with our 4th yes I said 4th move of the year, the kiddos, traveling, etc.  We are all doing great and couldn't be happier.  2012 is going to be a great year!

We moved on base the end of Nov. just in time to celebrate Thanksgiving in our new home.  We LOVE it--it's a huge 4 bedroom with a HUGE fenced in back yard!  I am still in the process of decorating/painting, but I will leave you with a few pictures.

Oh and we bought a car...my dream car!  I know not what most people would pick as their dream car, but honestly since the buick enclave came out I've wanted when.  It was my Christmas present--thanks babe!

We went home for Christmas which was amazing!

Hello There

Yes I know it's been forever AGAIN!  I am so busy between the ARMY, the dudes, and school I barely have time for anything else and I LOVE IT!

A little update:

I am so happy it's fall and everything pumpkin flavored is out.  It's pretty much the best time of year.  I have made 3 pumpkin pies already, pumpkin custard, & pumpkin chocolate chip cookies--YUM!

Kev has been in the Field for over a week now which sucks, but we are used to it--it's an Army thing.

Giovanni is HUGE growing like a weed.  He's over 17lbs and 26 inches long.  He'll be 4 months old on the 6.  He loves his hands and is always babbling (loves listening to himself).   His brothers are by far his favorite things.  He's getting a tooth and not the happiest about it and his favorite food is carrots.

Royce is hilarious.  He amazes me everyday.  He's so smart and such a little peanut.  Last month he was 27lbs.  He just turned 3 and will let you know that and also that his favorite color is blue.  He loves his brothers and is very caring.  He's my little snuggle bug.

Dante' is in kindergarten.  He's so smart and just so eager to learn new things.  Everyday he comes home from school he tells me about something new he learned.  He's such a great big brother and a very big helper in our house.
